Registration is open for ALL Classes
Our classes are American Red Cross Lifeguarding courses, and are open to everyone.
Full Lifeguarding certification for people who have never been lifeguards before - this course takes 4 days
Lifeguarding Review courses are for people who have previously or currently been lifeguards - this course takes 2 days
Sweetwater Pools is using the R.12 version of the American Red Cross Lifeguarding program, and requires all employees to be certified in classes taught by Sweetwater Pools prior to their first day of work in order to ensure compliance with all state and local laws. For those seeking employment and already certified, please contact the Aquatics Director for further information on how to comply with this requirement.
Employee Registration Process
1. Fill out Pre-Application and submit - you will be emailed a link to the full application
2. Print full application and then fill it out entirely and send it to Sweetwater Pools - applications accepted in person, by mail or by fax: 281-988-8503
3. Select the type of class that best meets your needs
5. Complete registration and pay the minimum $50 deposit fee, or the balance in full. If you pay only the deposit, the remaining course fees will be due at the start of the class on the first day.

Need your lifeguarding certifications reissued? Go to the registration website and select "Card Reissue" as your class type. Drop it in your shopping cart, pay the $25 fee at checkout, and Sweetwater Pools will send you a replacement as long as you took your class in 2010, 2011 or the current year.
