Employee Referral Program
If you refer a new employee and your name appears in the referral section on their application, you are eligible for a $10.00 bonus. The employee must work full time for one month (approximately 100 hours over two pay periods), and you are responsible for the follow through with director’s approval.

1. Girls must wear one-piece
black Sweetwater bathing suit
2. Black Sweetwater shorts
3. A Sweetwater Guard shirts
4. Arrive at work clean and
well presented
5. A Sweetwater hat or visor
will be provided
6. Make sure you wear sun
block!
7. We recommend all guards
wear sunglasses
8. Whistle with lanyard
9. No bikinis or briefs please!
